Combine over 3 decades of radio management and business development experience with an entrepreneurial spirit and you meet Paul Martin. One of the key start-up people of KLTY-FM (twice), an important member of the growth team at CBN Radio Network and the founding General Manager of Salem Radio Representatives, Paul has built a solid reputation in the industry as an innovator and radio professional.

Paul's concepts, often thought radical when initiated, have proved to be the right concepts for radio and now are considered basic in the industry. It was this same drive that brought him to team with Phil Bandy and start Advocace Media LLC, a company dedicated to serve and help grow listener-supported Christian radio stations.

Paul Martin helps radio stations, trade associations and media providers engage new business partners.  Paul became interested in media as a way to connect large audiences with the gospel.  Initially, Paul saw an opportunity to reach people through contemporary Christian music radio and then broadened his work to encompass almost any media format that can attract a large enough audience.

Paul always likes to start something.  With his work at Crawford Broadcasting's KPBC in Dallas, Paul learned how to fund radio stations for the long-term.  That knowledge, combined with a zeal for connecting people with the good news of Jesus Christ, helped Paul grow KCFO-FM/Tulsa audience and funding.  As one of the founding team members of KLTY/Dallas, Paul saw how audience and revenue could increase dramatically in major markets.  He later helped guide the CBN Radio Network sales department to record revenue.

Paul was the founding manager of Salem Radio Representatives and managed the Salem Radio Network.  He joined the founding team of an Internet media company in the early days of the web.

That's when Phil Bandy approached him with the idea of Advocace Media.  Paul continues his lifelong passion to proclaim the gospel to large audiences with the radio stations and media partners he serves at Advocace Media.

Paul and his wife, Paula, have three children and are active in Fellowship Church in Grapevine, Texas.
