With a successful record of corporate and non-profit leadership positions and fund-raising experience in listener-supported Christian radio, Randy Bronkema helps radio stations reach their financial goals. Randy builds and implements complete development plans to grow income today and into the future.

Randy’s corporate experience at JC Penney and Amway Corporation helps him engage executives in large organizations. His passion for ministry led him to Cornerstone University where he grew enrollment as Director of Alumni Relations and grew income as Director of Alumni and Annual Fund, Executive Director of Advancement, Associate Vice President of Advancement and Vice President of Radio Development.

With a strong sense of leadership, Randy has posted success in fundraising management, annual fund campaign and estate planning development, prospect management, and leadership through media and communications. In addition to university and broadcasting ministries, Randy led successful capital campaigns for a wide array of non-profit organizations, including Christian academies and churches.

Randy was drawn to Advocace Media through a shared passion to see Christian radio stations succeed in their respective market areas. Randy believes that local Christian radio stations are well positioned to be most effective uniters of the body of Christ in a community.

In his free time, Randy can be found on a golf course in West Michigan area, teaching an adult small group, board member of Alpha Women’s Center, serving as an Elder for over fifteen years in his church and working with young men in a program he calls “The Timothy Project” (a mentoring program designed to help young men with their purpose and leadership potential). Randy has been married to Beth for almost 32 years and has a daughter Stefanie married and a chemical engineer and a son Scott who is a senior in college.
